Materials: 1 sock (preferably the color of your hair), scissors, and bobbi pins
Step 1: Cut off the toe area of the sock and roll it into a doughnut shape. Secure your hair in a ponytail.
Step 2: Place the sock doughnut at the end of your ponytail and pull your hair through the hole in the center. Start in the front by smoothing your hair over the doughnut and tucking the ends of your hair underneath. Try to disperse your hair evenly around the doughnut.
Step 3: Roll the sock doughnut (along with your hair) down the ponytail until you get to the base. Use the same technique you used in the first step to roll up the sock (flip the bottom side of the doughnut upward from the inside out) and as you continue tuck in loose strands. At the base, fill in gaps by spreading out the hair.
